ASAHRS aims to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. Education and registration inquiries are typically addressed within one business day. Media inquiries receive priority handling with same-day or next-business-day responses. During conference periods and major events, response times may be slightly extended. Membership applications are submitted through the ASAHRS Membership page. You will be asked to provide your professional credentials, license information, and a brief professional background. Applications are reviewed by the membership committee, and you will receive a response within 5–7 business days. Program registration is completed through the Education & Events page. Browse available programs by specialty, date, or location, then select your preferred program and complete the online registration form. You will be asked to submit professional credentials as part of the eligibility verification process. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive registration confirmation and access to pre-program preparation materials through the Student Portal.

Yes. ASAHRS offers private and on-site educational programs for practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations. Private programs are customized to your team's experience level, existing devices, and educational objectives. To request a private program, contact private@asahrs.com with your organization name, team size, areas of interest, and preferred timeline. An ASAHRS education advisor will follow up to discuss your requirements and provide a program proposal.

Sponsorship and exhibit inquiries should be directed to events@asahrs.com. Please include your organization name, contact information, and a brief description of your sponsorship interest. Our events team will provide a current sponsorship prospectus outlining available packages, exhibit opportunities, continuing education co-sponsorship options, and associated benefits. We recommend reaching out at least 6 months before the target event for the best availability.

Media interview requests should be directed to media@asahrs.com. Please include your name, publication or media outlet, the topic you are covering, your deadline, and the specific type of commentary or expertise you are seeking. ASAHRS leadership and faculty are available for interviews on aesthetic medicine, hair restoration, physician education, and related topics. We aim to respond to all media inquiries within one business day.
